Well, it's been a while since I posted and we've been keeping busy. We celebrated Lauren's 3rd birthday on December 21st. She was potty trained just before that which is so great. We've been trying to get her to do it for months. She was just too stubborn and smart for her own good to just do it. She'd rather "wear a diaper". But now it's all great and we're back down to just one kid in diapers. YIPPEE!!! Christmas was great. I was supposed to work Christmas Day but the hospital didn't have any patients so I got canceled. Another YIPPEE!!! We got to talk to my brother Blake who is in Barcelona on his mission. It was really nice to talk with him and hear his testimony. He will be home January 16th which we are looking forward too. The down side to that day is that my brother Tom goes into the MTC that day at 1pm and Blake flies in at 7pm so they will miss each other. So we just get to trade one brother for the other. It's going to be one emotional day. Another exciting thing for us is that Matt got hired to work part-time at Orem High School starting January 14th. So now he teaches at Mt. View and Orem which makes him full-time!!!! So guess what that means? I get to go part-time. I'm so excited about that. I'll be working one shift a week then two shifts a week. So 3 shifts every two weeks. I'm so happy and scared at the same time. I always worked full-time since I've had my kids so this will be interesting. It'll be great! Matt's sad though because he's enjoyed being able to spend more time at home with the kids and now with work and going to graduate school we won't see him a whole lot. So I'll really excited to be at home more with my cute kids, but we'll miss having our dad around.

That is such great news! Working less is always better as the mom. Congrats to Matt on his new job. Good luck with the graduate school. Just think how worth it it will be in 10 years (maybe less) We'll see ya at Blake's homecoming.

Yah, you have a blog!!
Your family is so cute.
My little sis Angela (who goes to Mt.View) told me that Matt was working at Mt.View, and now at Orem high too that is great. That will be a change for you to work less, but I am sure it will all work out great.
Random question for you, were you ever on the swim team in High school with Todd Yeates? Anyways we live across the street from him and his wife Michelle (Andersen) who also went to Mt. View. Small world uh? Grand Rapids, MI.
