This is Ryan's GQ look. I snapped the picture and then when I saw it I laughed my head off because he looks so ridiculous. It is a good shot of his double chin. Keep in mind that he is only 7 weeks old today and he is already so chubby. It has been so fun having him in our family. The kids still love him to death (almost literally). It's amazing the kids even survive when they have older siblings. He does cry a lot when he's awake which has been very frustrating, but I'm hoping that he will grow out of that soon. I think it's due to the fact that every time he gets set down someone tries to smother him with hugs and kisses or sit on his head or something and he's terrified. I have found that the swing works quite well which has been fabulous for my sanity.

All of these pictures were taken today so that you have an accurate time frame.

Don't his cheeks look like they're about to burst?

Will enjoying his pizza.

Lauren after enjoying her pizza. My mom is out of town so we bought pizza and took it to the rest of my family so they wouldn't starve. My dad is a great cook, but he's not home much during football season.

Lauren said, "Take a picture of me mom," so this is it and then Will said the same thing. He loves to make silly faces. We rarely get a picture of him with a normal smile. He's always making a silly face or doing something dorky. That's why we love him. He looks like he didn't want me to take this picture, but he was actually just trying to look funny.

Lauren is quite the fashionista. She rarely lets me pick out her clothes and if I buy anything I have to get her approval or else it will never get worn. She's very picky. And she loves to wear skirts and dresses. She probably wears them 90% of the time. She probably picked this outfit because the shirt and skirt both had polka dots on them. She rarely lets me do her hair either. She always has to do it herself. So if you ever see us, please, don't think she's neglected, she's just EXTREMELY indepedent.

Amen to the loving to death thing. These poor third babies! And if it makes you feel any better about Lauren, Emma who is in 1st grade sometimes won't let me do her hair or dress her. And then she goes out in public. OY.
Oh I love him. I want to kiss those cheeks. Those pictures are all so cute. I wish you could have been in Boston too.
My kids are loving their baby brother almost to death as well! And my daughter is the same way with independence. Her mantra is, "I'll do it myself!" Most outfits consist of pants, maybe a skirt, mismatched shirt, a scarf, gloves and socks with sandals! Good times!
