We got a swing set from Toys R Us two Saturdays ago and Matt and I (mostly Matt) put it together. I was helping until a gigantic piece of metal fell off the top of the swing and hit me on the forehead. So I spent a lot of time laying down and icing my wound. Anyway, we got as much of it done as we could because there were a few missing parts, but enough to put up a swing for Lauren and Will, the slide, and the glider swing. The kids absolutely love it, especially Lauren. The next was Sunday and even before church Lauren was begging to go outside and play on her swing set. It's a good feeling when you know, through roundabout ways, that your children really love and appreciate what you gave them.
Now she just needs to learn how to pump her legs and we'll be set.
Lauren is giving a thumbs up, but she put it right in front of her face so it's hard to tell. Yesterday, Lauren went out to play and she came running back in the house yelling, "Mommy, a dog pooped on my swing set!" I told her that no dogs could get into our back yard because of the fence, but she was adament that there was dog poop on her slide. I went out to investigate because that would be amazing if a dog could jump our fence and go poop on her slide. So I look at her slide right where she's sitting in this picture and there was a giant bird poop splatted on her slide. I told her it was bird poop, but she didn't get it. Hopefully the rain washed it off last night. I haven't looked.

I miss our swing set. We have one but right now we have no yard to put it in. Just wanted to tell you the I think Will looks very much like your brothers. He is definately a Steele.
